Zone Conference

Hey everyone today will be short. Today we've been running around town getting ready for the zone conference we have in San Diego coming up!

It's Heating Up!

Hey everyone it's been another nice, sunny week here in El Centro, California. Being on bikes in the Imperial Valley for the summer is going to be an interesting experience. It is already getting pretty warm, and there has not been a lack of people letting us know how hot it gets.

We have been doing about the same thing all week. Because we opened this new area we are working with not much of anything, so we basically go around and talk to random people all day, with a few people the sisters told us about thrown in the mix.

Yesterday we were talking to a lady and she starting singing us a song about Jesus, and then proceeded to sing another three songs. It was a really unique experience.

But anyways, I hope you have all had an awesome week, and I hope Mother's Day weekend was wonderful!

Hey everyone sorry it's been a while. And this week is going to be short too. But I've been transferred out to El Centro with Elder Johnson, an elder that was in the MTC with me. It's hot, but it's fun.

We're in an English area with a Spanish branch. So we get to attend double meetings every Sunday. I hope everyone has had an awesome week and ill give you more details next week.

P.S. (Mom's words) Nate told us he and his companion are opening a new area in El Centro. So their apartment was new and only had beds and minimal kitchen supplies. It's been a struggle figuring things out. They haven't been able to do much cooking (from the lack of cooking utensils & supplies) so they've been eating lots of mac & cheese and quesadillas.
